We mean that literally. You should sleep on your back more. This is because sleeping on your back is the best position for spinal health. Of course, you should go and see more here because, in order to the get the right support, relief and alignment, the right mattress matters a lot. To give you some sage words of advice, the best thing you can do is avoid getting a mattress that is too firm or too soft.
No Shoes Home
One of the quickest ways to have a huge impact on your health is to improve the environment you live in, and that starts by leaving your germs at the door. Over sixty percent of house dust originates from the outside, riding the wave that is your shoes to enter your home. The problem with this dust is, you don’t know where your shoes have been. They could be carrying harmful chemicals like lead or arsenic. So, from now on, leave your shoes by the door.
Swap Your Snacks
Crisps, biscuits, chocolate, cake – none of these ten to find themselves in any healthy eating columns thanks to the high sugar content and pitiful amounts of goodness. They also fail to fill you up, which is why you should replace them with healthy alternatives like nuts, soybeans, flaxseed, chia and peas; foods that help you eat well, foods that are loaded with fibre, protein, vitamins and good fats. Not only will you feel full you will get a lovely boost of energy too.
